I'm no psychologist and do not know all the factors at work that turn some youth into criminals, but I'm sure that poverty, despair and hopelessness play important roles. To combat these and other forces, it takes education and yes, the positive involvement and leadership of family, the community and other role models. It really does take a village to raise and child. I sincerely wish this group success and also hope that the concept catches on in other black communities.Joanna S.noreply@blogger.com
